Hi, I’m Jonathan Ferrari
a UC Berkeley Student, aspiring Data Scientist, and Photographer
Currently, I am a student at UC Berkeley with a quadruple major in Computer Science, Data Science, Cognitive Science, and Psychology. On this site, you’ll be able to learn all about me, my interests, and my life. In my most recent project (my honors thesis), I used a cutting-edge Computer Vision model, ViViT, to classify videos of American Sign Language. Technical Skills
Skilled in deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, bootstrapping, A/B testing, classification, and large-scale data pipelines in distributed computing environments. Mathematical proficiencies include calculus, cryptography, probability, linear algebra, and combinatorics.
Soft Skills
Able to effectively and appropriately manage a team to complete large-scale projects. Highly skilled in the ability to both creatively and algorithmically solve problems. Self-starter, efficient working on a team or alone. Efficient management and use of resources such as time, manpower, financing, and material.
Hard Skills
Expert in Python, SQL, R, LaTeX. Proficient in, Regex, HTML, CSS, Scheme, BNF, Jupyter. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Lightroom, Photoshop). Learning Java and JS.
